Pricing an event is never straightforward. When clients ask what their event is going to cost, the answer depends on so many factors, it would be wrong of us to quote wild figures before we’ve properly understood the scope.

Whilst that may not be the answer that clients want to hear, it’s worth remembering that event planning prices are always bespoke and can vary wildly. They depend on the type of venue, number of attendees and the amount of work that you want to outsource to us. No two events are ever the same. The budget can literally be as much or as little as you want to spend. For example, we currently handle events with budgets of anything between £10,000 and £350,000.


Our quotes are always individually tailored and compiled using four important elements – management time before and during the event, external event services and handling fees.

Firstly, our venue finding team swing into action to research and propose the perfect location. This service is free.

Then our creative team is responsible for developing a concept and ensuring that it is carried through every component of the event, from the stage design to the branding on the invitations.

Depending on the size and scale of your event, we then allocate a team to manage logistics on a day to day basis. Their tasks are varied and could include carrying out site visits and food tastings, sourcing entertainment or speakers, registering delegates or managing the production of presentations. This time is charged at a daily rate.

Here we consider who will need to support you at the event itself, if anyone. This could include reception desk staff to greet and register guests as they arrive, hosts, runners or organisers.

We also take into account the costs of setting up and de-rigging, which often sees us at a venue until 6am. This involves taking down the stage, lighting and sound system and returning the venue to its original state.

This is a small charge which is applied to all external services and covers the cost of ongoing supplier sourcing and vetting, Public Liability insurance, completing risk assessments, checking health & safety licences and meeting contractual obligations.
