The challenge was to create yet another standout experience for Puma for the 5th year! As usual, the event needed a strong theme which was to carry through the business update, awards and party.

Make Events decided to turn Christmas on its head using an unconventional theme of Heaven and Hell. This involved splitting the venue in two, with one side representing heaven, the other hell.

The theming included customised Puma gobos with wings and horns, heaven and hell social media photo walls, a giant LED stage backdrop with content split in half and lighting in red and white.

Entertainment includes wandering angels and devils, a VR experience, Edible Mist Orbs, Logo Pops, a snake charmer as well as stage performances from circus performers, rounded off with a DJ, sax and percussion act.

We also choreographed a theatrical arrival onto the stage for the business leaders featuring cages on either side of the set!

Attendee levels were very high, a particular achievement given the news at the time.

The client was delighted with the party and said “it’s the best one yet”.
