With a 3 month lead time, we were tasked with finding a unique location for a once-in-a-lifetime overseas sales incentive for 70 of Kellogg’s employees. Kellogg’s wanted to make sure their team was rewarded for its performance, fully engaged for future success and that the incentive was appropriate for a brand of their stature.
We knew straight away that Dubai would give delegates the luxury experience the brief required.
The day started with a conference at the exclusive Dubai Yacht Club. Delegates were then handed bespoke branded passports to get onto a private boat, with no idea of where they were going next.
Following a tour of Dubai from the water, when they thought they were going home, we in fact pulled up to the private jetty of a private island. Every moment of their experience as they stepped off the boat was choreographed, from branded towels by the pool to a bespoke treasure hunt to help with some team bonding.
As the sun set on the other side of the island, a secret stage and lounge popped up to host the evening’s award ceremony. A fully branded AV production featuring video messages from distributors around the world provided the full Kellogg’s experience, followed by an island party late into the night.
The event was a huge success and Kellogg’s found the team returned to the office totally fired up to close the year on a high and set up for real momentum in the new year.
