Hitachi Rail is a fully integrated, global provider of rail solutions across rolling stock, signalling services and turnkey.
Unable to physically meet, Hitachi Rail wanted to create an engaging virtual event for their suppliers and press.
Split over two days, the event was streamed simultaneously in three languages: English, Japanese and Italian.
The event was turned around in 7 days. With all of the pre recordings created one week before the event, Make Events edited and subtitled multiple pieces of content.
TV presenter, Michelle Ackeley hosted the event remotely. All speakers were brought in remotely (from Italy, Japan and the USA) to ensure a COVID safe environment.
Make Events Content Studio created the event ident, slide content and a microsite that was automatically accessible in all three languages, dependant on the audience’s location. This also housed the delegate registration for the event,
The microsite had 850 unique registrants, with 265 watching live on the day. The content was also available to watch after the event.
