Sustainable technology provider, Hitachi, play an important role in reaching net zero. To achieve a global goal for a greener tomorrow, they needed support to share their vision for environmental innovation all over the world. Confident in our expertise, Hitachi turned to Make Events to help with the smooth and economical delivery of this pivotal climate change event.
With COP26 the most important climate summit in the world and Hitachi’s huge sponsorship, Glasgow was the perfect opportunity to captivate an audience and inspire change with their sustainable plans for the future. As improving the planet with technology is at the core of their strategy, a hybrid event was key to getting maximum global reach and minimal carbon emissions.
Before the event, we created a completely bespoke platform with a look and feel designed around this event yet in keeping with their brand guidelines, to highlight top-level details and content for the forum. Spanning from Canada to Tokyo, registrations skyrocketed as stakeholders and executives from climate change businesses worldwide joined, eager to be part it.
Leading on the set up, rehearsals, production of the event, an eye-catching branded green stage, efficient panel discussions and Q&A sessions around flagship themes, and live chat and poll initiatives, we kept the audience engaged from start to finish. Whether you were in the room, or thousands of miles away – we created a fully immersive experience for the audience to be involved as much as possible. And, most importantly, believe in impact of collaboration to make sustainable changes.
From green mobility to net-zero community, there were over 30 sessions for the audience to explore and learn about climate change technology. Plus, most of the sessions were added online for the audience to digest post-event and participants were able to leave feedback too.
