Incentives can be UK-based but for the real OMG moments, we find that overseas trips really deliver. We keep up to date with the latest travel trends, sourcing destinations that will really blow your mind. Iceland is still the hottest place right now and one of Make Events’ all-time favourite destinations. We make recommendations on places with excellent transport links for an international audience and where luxury and iconic venues can be combined with once-in-a-lifetime activities such as festivals or concerts. Clients often want to add conference and team building events to their incentives and we always try to make them personal rather than picking off-the-shelf concepts that are open to anyone. Don’t just incentivise, wow and surprise.
