For incentives to work and really wow, they must be targeted and compelling enough to grab the attention of the intended audience. Whether you’re looking at motivating customer support staff, sales executives or customers, you have to get it right first time. And that means finding out what they’re really like, what they want, what they aspire to, what they’ve been offered in the past, and realising that you’re probably going to have to go one step better. And that’s where we come in.

We have organised some amazing incentives for clients. Our favourites so far include a trip to Dubai for top-performing team members, spa pampering days for competition winners and a meet and greet day with Peter Andre for top customers. And yes, he really is very lovely in the flesh. Check out our gallery for inspiration.

Incentives can be UK-based but for the real OMG moments, we find that overseas trips really deliver. We keep up to date with the latest travel trends, sourcing destinations that will really blow your mind. Iceland is still the hottest place right now and one of Make Events’ all-time favourite destinations. We make recommendations on places with excellent transport links for an international audience and where luxury and iconic venues can be combined with once-in-a-lifetime activities such as festivals or concerts. Clients often want to add conference and team building events to their incentives and we always try to make them personal rather than picking off-the-shelf concepts that are open to anyone. Don’t just incentivise, wow and surprise.
