Our approach on the day is to start at the beginning and consider how guests will arrive at the venue, rolling out the red carpet – quite literally in many cases. We’ll put together drinks receptions with a difference, and award ceremonies that use clever techniques to create a sense of occasion.
Lighting and sound have a big part to play so we only use the best in the business. We know that award ceremonies can often be lengthy so we challenge ourselves to think up creative ways to introduce each award and keep guests involved by using animation or live video feeds.
We all want to avoid Oscar-style mishaps – think La La Land – so managing the presentation, double-checking winner’s envelopes and keeping to a plan are absolutely critical.
